The dustproof and waterproof functions are equivalent to IP53 (based on in-house testing). Dustproof rating (5) means that harmful amounts of dust do not enter the interior (not completely sealed, but does not interfere with the normal operation of the equipment). Waterproof rating (3) means it is protected against water falling from a vertical angle within 60 degrees (can withstand splashes of water from above at an angle).
