Nihon Kōdenki Sendai Sales Office has been protecting safety from snow damage in the Tohoku region for many years through floor heating and snow melting systems. Over the 35 years from 1989 (the first year of Heisei) to 2024 (the sixth year of Reiwa), we have been involved in a total of 482 projects (246 floor heating projects and 236 exterior construction projects). These projects have primarily been carried out in Miyagi Prefecture (181 projects), Yamagata Prefecture (105 projects), and Fukushima Prefecture (90 projects), and have also been expanded to Akita Prefecture, Iwate Prefecture, Niigata Prefecture, and other areas in the Tohoku region, contributing to regional infrastructure development and the provision of comfortable living environments.
