【Air Float Attachment AF40 Model Exclusive Product】 By simply attaching the chamfering unit MU-001 to the FINESYSTEM product AF40 model, it can be used as a float-type chamfering unit! Easy installation with a spring ring and spindle stopper. ■ Automation of Chamfering Possible! By pressing rollers against the edges of the board while floating it, it absorbs the accuracy of the robot trajectory, warping of flat workpieces, and dimensional variations, enabling automatic chamfering with consistent dimensions. ■ Variable Chamfering Dimensions By using the included alignment jig to adjust the chamfering dimensions, adjustments can be made in 10 stages: C0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5! ■ Adoption of SP40L Motor Spindle The motor spindle part uses the FINESYSTEM product SP40L model. Usable rotation speed of 20,000 min⁻¹, maximum output of 930W, maximum torque of 1.18Nm. ■ Trial Implementation Product Please provide the workpiece to be chamfered. We will confirm processing conditions and capabilities through cutting trials conducted in our facility.
