【Air Float Attachment AF40 Model Exclusive Product】 By simply attaching the chamfering unit MU-001 to the FINESYSTEM product AF40 model, it can be used as a float-type chamfering unit! Easy installation with a spring ring and spindle stopper. ■ Automation of Chamfering Process Made Possible! By pressing rollers against the edges of the board while air floating, it absorbs the robot trajectory accuracy, warping of flat workpieces, and dimensional variations, enabling automatic chamfering with consistent dimensions. ■ Adjustable Chamfering Dimensions Using the included alignment jig, the chamfering dimensions can be adjusted, allowing for 10 levels of adjustment: C0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. ■ Equipped with SP40L Motor Spindle The motor spindle section uses the FINESYSTEM product SP40L model. Usable rotation speed of 20,000 min⁻¹, maximum output of 930W, and maximum torque of 1.18Nm. ■ Trial Implementation Product Please provide the workpieces to be chamfered. We will confirm the processing conditions and capabilities through cutting trials conducted in our facility.
