In the engineering training course, participants comprehensively acquire the essential elements needed as engineers, starting from foundational skills for working adults. Each course curriculum includes team exercises designed to help participants experience the importance of collaborating as a team to successfully complete projects. Instructors/CMs consistently foster awareness of professional etiquette and behavior, supporting the transformation of students' mindsets from student to working adult. By having the same instructor/CM guide for an extended period, they can understand each individual's strengths and weaknesses and provide instruction tailored to the characteristics, personalities, and comprehension levels of the participants.
