basic information
【Lecture Overview】 First, we will focus on the standardization of information organization and management. We will point out the current situation where information management in paper format still remains prevalent and explain the necessity of digitization and sharing. Particularly, based on the experience of the Noto Peninsula earthquake, we will demonstrate the effectiveness of digital data in disaster response and recovery, while also addressing the challenge of delays in standardizing ledger information, such as the differing names for pipelines and valves among various organizations. We will discuss the need and direction for developing information infrastructure and standardizing management. Second, we will explain the effectiveness of commonizing operations, provide specific examples, and discuss measures to promote commonization, exploring ways to strengthen collaboration and improve efficiency among organizations. Third, we will focus on the on-site implementation of DX technologies such as AI and IoT, considering the needs and challenges faced during their introduction, as well as future prospects. Through these efforts in information standardization, operational commonization, and the implementation of advanced technologies, we will clarify the pathway for promoting DX to achieve sustainable water supply and sewage business operations. 【Lecture Items】 ■ Current status of water supply and sewage systems and future industry outlook ■ Role and current status of DX in water supply and sewage systems ■ Process of DX in water supply and sewage systems ■ Related Q&A ■ Business card and information exchange meeting
