We would like to introduce the achievements of a machinery manufacturer that implemented automatic measuring instruments to improve quality. At this manufacturer, calipers were used for incoming inspection of parts, but variations in measurement results and inspection times occurred due to different inspectors. After the implementation, variations in inspection results and inspection times by inspectors were eliminated.
