Any material can be coded if it is in powder form! Custom-made products can also be manufactured.
"Flexible code" is a thermal spray material that encapsulates powder made from materials that cannot be processed into wire in a cellulose tube, forming a cord-like shape. This organic tube completely disappears when heated and does not mix into the thermal spray coating under normal spraying conditions. Additionally, similar to rod spraying, it is sprayed onto the workpiece at high speed after complete melting, allowing for the formation of a coating with fewer pores and greater uniformity compared to powder spraying. 【Lineup (partial)】 ■ White alumina ■ Blue corundum ■ Black corundum 15 ■ Black corundum 50 ■ Spinel *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
