Introducing a case where the implementation of a baby care facility led to increased user satisfaction!
We would like to introduce the case study of the "mamaro" implementation at the Bandai City Bus Center in Niigata Prefecture. At this facility, there was no plan to install a nursing room due to the presence of a baby care room in a nearby large commercial facility, and it was difficult to incorporate the establishment of a nursing room into the renovation work from various perspectives. However, since there were voices in a street survey requesting a nursing room within the bus center, we decided to implement this product.
