We would like to introduce a case where a people counting system was implemented at the tourist information center in the third terminal of a certain airport. At this location, there was a need to accurately grasp the number of visitors despite the limited space, and there were challenges such as the absence of a system administrator on-site, making remote operation essential. Therefore, we provided a system that maximizes measurement accuracy in a small area while reducing the management burden on-site. The optimization of operations using data has helped in the efficient placement and replenishment planning of brochures, enhancing the user experience at the tourist information center.
