We would like to introduce a case study of the "mamaro" implementation at the roadside station Asagiri Kogen in Shizuoka Prefecture. In this facility, there was no nursing room, and even when mothers visited, we were unable to provide a comfortable environment, as we had to offer the staff break room instead. After the implementation, we were able to guide mothers directly to the nursing room, and we received feedback that it was great to have created a reassuring environment.
