A case introduced with the purpose of making family groups aware of the facility!

We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of "mamaro" at the Kanagawa Prefectural Yokohama City Skill and Culture Hall. At this facility, there are relatively many elderly users, and attracting younger families is seen as a challenge. As one of the measures to address this, they were considering creating a dedicated nursing space. The space is set up in the entrance on the first floor, making it immediately noticeable from the entrance, and we have received many comments from actual users saying it is "easy to understand."
