How LINKEY Plus Works LINKEY Plus operates on four AA alkaline batteries, which last for about one year (assuming 10 openings and closings per day). Battery Level Notification When the battery level of LINKEY Plus is low, a "low battery" indicator will light up on the device, and a melody will sound to notify you. Additionally, you can check the low battery notification on the web management system. How to Respond When the Battery is Dead If LINKEY Plus cannot be operated due to a dead battery, you can use the following two methods to operate it. 1. Unlocking with a Physical Key Open the key cover on the outdoor unit and unlock the lock with the physical key. 2. Unlocking Using Emergency Batteries Purchase a 9V battery at a nearby convenience store, remove the key cover from the outdoor unit, and while making contact with the external power connection, you can unlock it using an IC card or PIN code.
