Introducing a case of supporting the operation and maintenance of core systems due to the resignation of the development personnel.
To companies engaged in the manufacturing and sales of electronic components, we would like to introduce a case of supporting the operation and maintenance of an internally developed core system following the retirement of the responsible person. Regarding the new core system that the customer was developing in-house, the development personnel were set to retire, but there were no proper specifications or design documents left behind, making it difficult to continue development and maintenance in-house. Our company promoted the confirmation of the development status of the new core system, conducted specification investigations and documentation, and addressed the unfinished function development and testing. We have also continued to provide support for subsequent operation and maintenance. [Challenges] ■ There are no proper specifications or design documents left for the new core system. ■ It is difficult to continue development and maintenance in-house. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
