To resolve this, we searched for automation of the import process and found an automatic import tool. ◇Effects of Implementation 1. Time for aggregation and analysis Since imports are done automatically even while using Yayoi Sales, we were able to free up users who were occupied with order registration, allowing us to allocate time for aggregation and analysis. 2. Reduction in labor costs We were considering adding personnel for registration tasks, but that became unnecessary. (Labor costs were reduced) 3. Input errors reduced to almost zero By reflecting the order data from the e-commerce site, input errors have been reduced to almost zero. 4. Frequent changes in product prices Since product prices vary frequently by customer, we are able to use this tool daily to update sales prices to the latest ones.
