We would like to introduce a case where we provided peace of mind to hospitals where air conditioning shutdown poses a significant risk!
We would like to introduce a case study of the introduction of "AaaS" at Jutokukai Kamigahara Hospital. The reasons for adopting our service included the clarity of the "system to prevent failures" and the "structure for responding to failures," the existence of a system for preventive maintenance, and the speed and sincerity of responses when failures occur. By introducing high-efficiency equipment and improving air conditioning operations, we were able to reduce annual electricity consumption by 36.8% within two years of implementation. [Case Overview] - Target Facility: Hospital - Number of Beds: 124 - Building Structure: Reinforced Concrete (3 stories above ground, 1 basement level) - Total Floor Area: 5,936 m² - Air Conditioning System: 29 systems for commercial buildings *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
