A worry-free home building that knows no cracks.
Construction Process 1. Current Condition Survey and Diagnosis Check for cracks, subsidence, and reduction in strength, and develop a reinforcement plan. 2. Surface Preparation Remove dirt and deteriorated areas from the concrete surface (grinding) and perform treatment (Teflon TW-1P) to improve adhesion. 3. Application of Aramid and Carbon Fiber Sheets Adhere the fiber sheets to the foundation using epoxy resin (New Teflon TC-4101). 4. Epoxy Resin Impregnation and Curing Allow the resin to penetrate, solidify the sheets, and promote integration with the concrete.

Features of Aramid Fiber and Carbon Fiber Sheets 1. High Strength & High Durability - Possesses tensile strength several times that of steel, demonstrating high durability against impacts and earthquakes. - Carbon fiber has excellent corrosion resistance and is less likely to degrade over long periods. 2. Lightweight and Easy to Install - Significantly lighter than traditional steel reinforcement, minimizing the burden on buildings. - Easy to install, allowing for reinforcement even in narrow spaces. 3. Prevents Cracking and Deterioration - Adheres closely to the surface of concrete to enhance strength, preventing the progression and recurrence of cracks. - Suppresses the advancement of deterioration caused by water and salt damage. 4. Short Construction Period and Cost Reduction - No need for extensive work such as cutting concrete, allowing for reinforcement in a short period. - Shortened construction time leads to cost savings and reduced burden on residents.
