We would like to introduce a case where we proposed a comprehensive approach to the digitization of documents, including operational methods, for a public interest corporation. We started with a thorough hearing of the flow, volume, and timing of document generation, established rules for digitization during scanning, and proposed an operational method that allows for immediate searching of necessary information. As a result, the time spent on post-processing after scanning and the difficulty in quickly finding stored documents were significantly improved.
