As a measure to avoid the risk of COVID-19 infection, it has become a challenge for the machinery manufacturing industry to quickly establish a telework and remote work environment. We would like to introduce a case study of business improvement that was carried out for them. We built an external VPN connection environment and planned to integrate the company's internal phone system with smartphones for smoother phone support. Additionally, we proposed device management, application approval, and attendance management operations, and they implemented a system that allows them to understand their employees' working styles.
