Non-destructive measurement of the thickness of each paint layer at once! Measurement data can be saved for up to 10,000 points.
The "PELT-uPts5" is a handheld high-resolution ultrasonic multilayer thickness gauge that accurately and reproducibly measures the thickness of various coatings. It can measure layers up to 5 layers on different types of substrates. The ultrasonic waveforms of each measurement point are displayed. Direct analysis can be performed on the measured ultrasonic waveforms on the device, and based on the analysis, the thickness of each layer and the total thickness are displayed. 【Features】 ■ Non-destructive measurement that does not damage the product ■ Simultaneous measurement of the thickness of each layer of paint ■ Capable of measuring up to 5 layers ■ Measurement reproducibility (Gage R&R) has been verified in comparative tests by automobile manufacturers ■ Not affected by the thickness of the base material *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
