Helps reduce food waste! Effective use of lemon peels.
We would like to introduce our "Lemon Oil." We have established a system that prevents food loss from the manufacturing stage by processing lemon peels, which would normally be discarded, into raw materials for food and fragrances. After juicing the lemons and separating the juice from the peels, we utilize the peels by removing the parts that cannot be used in confections, and then extract them using steam distillation, separating them into lemon aromatic water and our product. 【Processing Examples (Partial)】 ■ Lemon Oil 100ml ■ Frozen Straight Lemon 10kg・20kg ■ Frozen Straight Lemon 1kg ■ Lemon Peel ■ Lemon Peel (Diced) ■ Lemon Peel (Sliced) *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
