The product was introduced with the aim of reducing the number of personnel required for each process through productivity improvement, allowing employees who no longer need to engage in those tasks to take on more value-added work. After implementation, when operators pressed the button for specific task items and entered the "quantity" and "notes," the names and quantities of the raw materials used were recorded simultaneously along with the work time and actual performance figures, enabling the calculation of productivity.
