Measuring office workers at six locations nationwide! A case study that gained insights for business improvement from the differences in working hours at each location.

We would like to introduce a case where "Jobtan" was implemented at NX・NP Logistics Co., Ltd. In order to confirm the effects of changing the shipping operations, we compared video recordings of the office workers responsible for the tasks with the work records obtained using our product. It was found that the work records of approximately 40 staff members over two weeks could be easily collected without much effort, leading to the adoption of our product. After implementation, by understanding the work hours by department and section, we were able to clarify the types of tasks being performed during overtime, the man-hours required for each client, the employees' work skills, and the tasks that had become personalized. [Results] - In the company's competency management project, the work time data from our product and the skill map (the ratio of multi-skilled workers in the analysis tool) have been useful for quantifying employees' proficiency in their respective tasks. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
