The "Sera 5000 Series" is a water-based, room temperature reaction-curing silicate clear coat agent. When this product is applied by immersion to concrete surfaces, the reactive crystallization of the effective components modifies and densifies the surface layer, suppressing the progression of deterioration from the concrete surface. Additionally, even after a considerable amount of time has passed since application, it can be maintained in its original state.
