Easy with one hand! Safely serve without touching the dish! New product "Donburi Catcher"
The "Donburi Catcher" is a stainless steel kitchen tool that anyone can easily use. Typically, when transporting ramen bowls or donburi, one must hold the dish with their hands, balancing it while placing it on a tray, and then lowering it again by hand at the serving location, which is an unstable task. The weight and heat of the dish can put a strain on the fingertips, and if one is not accustomed to serving, it can lead to accidents. However, with the "Donburi Catcher," you simply slide the dish from the side to lift it, and then lower it and slide it over at the serving location, completing the serving process. Since it can be carried just by grabbing the handle, anyone can transport dishes quickly and safely, making it a helpful product for the labor-short ramen industry and other sectors of the food service industry. Additionally, using the "Donburi Catcher" allows for serving without touching the dish, making it highly recommended for use in caregiving services where infection control measures are essential.

Company information
Our company is engaged in the planning, prototyping, development, and sales of idea products. We operate the "Idea An" website. At the time of our founding, our main business was electrical installation work, but we have increasingly had opportunities to assist various customers in prototyping their idea products by utilizing the processing techniques we developed in the construction industry. This led us to start producing our own idea products. In our own idea product planning, we have developed over 10 items, and for individual and corporate clients, including our "Idea Consultation," we have handled dozens of projects. We were drawn in by the excitement of turning an idea product from "0" to "1" at the initial planning stage, and we have opened the idea product prototyping information site "Idea An" to help individuals and companies take their first steps in a similar way.
