As a result of our consideration of manufacturing in the header, we have a case where mass production has become possible with 2 dies and 3 blows!
We would like to introduce a case study of proposals unique to Tainishi Seiko, which has extensive experience with "shelf dowels," from our visit to a building materials manufacturer. The manufacturer had been producing through cutting, but they faced issues with low yield, long production times, and consequently high costs. After considering production with headers, we found that it became possible to mass-produce using a 2-die, 3-blow method. 【Case Overview】 ■ Request - They were producing through cutting, but faced low yield, long production times, and thus high costs. ■ Proposal and Results - After considering production with headers, we were able to achieve mass production using a 2-die, 3-blow method. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
