"Sakusuma" allows for order entry, work performance input, work performance correction, daily work report input, process progress inquiries, and shipment input. Here, we will introduce three features that particularly highlight the ease of use. ■ Order Entry It can operate without an item master, so there is no hassle of master registration even if the types of products increase. Serial numbers are automatically generated, making it easy, and processes can be added from the same screen. There is no need to issue work instructions after the order, allowing for immediate confirmation on a smartphone and efficient commencement of work. ■ Work Performance Registration When selecting a serial number, incomplete processes are displayed. Reporting is as simple as tapping "Start," "Pause," or "Complete." The reported information is shared instantly. ■ Process Progress Inquiry You can choose either a "Process-based" calendar format or a "Serial number-based" list format to check the progress status. In the process-based (calendar display), you can get an overview of a month's work on the calendar, while in the serial number-based (list display), you can check progress in order of processes. Icons indicate "Complete" in green and "Delayed" in red, making the progress clear at a glance. In both display formats, work performance registration can be done from the same screen, making it convenient.

【Order Input 1】 Operations can be conducted without registering item master data. Automatic numbering of production numbers is also possible. Processes can be added from the same screen. There is no need to issue work instructions after receiving an order, allowing for immediate confirmation on a smartphone and efficient commencement of work.
【Order Input 2】 By tapping on the process, you can enter the start date, end date, setup time, and planned processing time.
[Order Input 3] When you search for similar product names that have been ordered in the past and copy the process pattern, it will automatically change to the current date, allowing you to set multiple processes at once.
[Work Performance Input - By Product Number] When you select a product number, the unfinished processes will be displayed. You can report work simply by tapping on either Start, Pause, or Complete. If you are not operating with the Start tap, you can just tap Complete. By tapping the camera icon, you can scan product number barcodes, etc.
[Work Performance Input - By Process] When you select a process, a list of remaining tasks for the process you are responsible for will be displayed. You can report your work simply by tapping on either Start, Pause, or Complete. If you are not using the Start tap, you can just tap Complete.
【Project Progress Inquiry - By Process (Calendar View)】 When you select a process, the work schedule for each date will be displayed. You can get an overview of one month in the calendar while checking the daily work details. Completed tasks are shown in green, and overdue tasks are shown in red. Tapping on a date allows you to view detailed information below the calendar and also register work achievements.
【Shipping Input 1 - Bulk Shipping】 This is used to ship completed products. Bulk shipping will mark the checked items as shipped all at once.
【Shipping Input 2 - Single Item Shipment】 During partial shipments, you can use single item shipment to input the number of partial shipments.
