Challenging quality improvement in welding technology! Introducing the difference between traditional spot welding and "spot welding posture control."
Spot welding is a strong joint at each point, but there were weaknesses in the welding process aside from material deformation due to heat. The improvement made by automating this is called "Spot Welding Posture Control." Welding is performed using a spot welding machine with pre-programmed point positions. The setting of the point positions is done by technicians who consider the material's elongation and "distortion" based on their experience and track record, but after that, it's just a matter of setting the product in the machine. If the product is not properly set, the sensors mounted on the spot welding machine will activate, automatically stopping the movement to prevent issues from occurring in advance. [Features] ■ Further reduction of human error ■ Welding is performed using a spot welding machine with pre-programmed point positions ■ Product quality stabilizes and waste is reduced *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
