We would like to introduce a case where the 6-axis motion sensor of "ParaRecolectar" was used to visualize the deterioration of bearings. In motor bearings, abnormal conditions due to insufficient lubrication often occur, leading to production stoppages for parts replacement and incurring costs for replacing the entire motor. As a result of the implementation, it became possible to detect insufficient lubrication of the bearings by measuring vibration data, allowing for planned responses before the motor locks or stops.
