In the painting process, there were quality issues due to the formation of lumps in the powder coating, and the cause could not be identified, leaving it unaddressed. As a result of the implementation, we were able to identify the factors causing the defects through data acquisition from the sensors, allowing us to smoothly determine countermeasures.
