Automation of cranes and hooks makes work safer and more efficient!
eLINK (Multi-Function Control System) is a central data collection and control system that allows for the individual or group control of auto hooks. Using the eight inputs and four outputs of eLINK, sensor data from the auto hooks can be utilized, enabling easy automation of cranes through an app. The inputs allow for the assignment of hook opening and closing operations to physical buttons. The outputs enable control of the auto hooks and crane operations by setting conditions in advance on the app. For example, it is possible to configure the system to cut off the signal to the hook when it is detected to be in an intermediate position, or to stop the crane's operation when the hook loses the signal. With its simple operability, it can connect via Wi-Fi from smartphones, tablets, or PCs, allowing for monitoring of the hook's opening and closing as well as its status. Remote operation allows for safe lifting and lowering of loads, thereby increasing work efficiency.

As of January 2023, we have changed our company name to RUD Spanset Japan. Handling and transporting heavy goods, which are essential in manufacturing and construction industries, is a dangerous task. Our mission is to ensure the utmost safety and efficiency in handling and transportation operations through our proposals. As a result, we believe this will lead to the "happiness" of our customers and stakeholders. We have been engaged in the import and sales of lifting equipment and transport devices from overseas, as well as in technical sales, ensuring the safety of lifting tools (lifting equipment). In this context, we have incorporated our intention to expand the sales of products from RUD and Spanset as our main offerings into our new company name. On January 1, 2023, we changed our name to "RUD Spanset Japan," using the names of our two main companies. We also revamped our company logo, which symbolizes the synergy created by the combination of RUD's chains and Spanset's round slings. Moving forward, our entire team will continue to challenge ourselves to build a "happy" future for everyone.
