In preparation for earthquakes, we have consistently proposed various public building projects, including "air conditioning systems utilizing geothermal heat with rainwater as the heat medium, securing toilet and drinking water using rainwater, simple floor radiant heating and cooling systems for school gymnasiums to accommodate disaster victims, and floor radiant air conditioning for hospitals and nursing homes," many of which have been adopted in our designs. Based on this, we developed a floor radiant air conditioning system using a "heat bridge floor" that utilizes air from air conditioning units.
