We would like to introduce a case study that addresses the challenge of selecting appropriate containers that ensure quality for pharmaceutical manufacturer D. The company experienced fluctuations in shipment volumes depending on the export destination, and using a single type of container sometimes resulted in cases where only half of the container was filled. Therefore, they consulted us regarding the selection of appropriate containers that meet quality standards. For destinations with high shipment volumes, we recommended using traditional containers, while for those with lower shipment volumes, we proposed single-use containers with validation data. This allowed them to maintain the same quality as when using traditional containers while enabling efficient transportation to each export destination.
