The "Pattern Appearance Inspection System" captures ultra-high-resolution images using monochrome/color line sensor cameras (up to 16K) and accurately detects various defects such as open, short, chipping, foreign objects, and unevenness. The inspection target pattern contour is enclosed with straight lines, and the master shape is registered to inspect the inside and outside of the contour individually. Detection intensity can be set individually.
