ABAC Warm Air Low Pressure Spray Gun SG-2001 Soft Hose Specification
ABAC HVLP SG-2001
Compact and high-power type. Achieves excellent atomization performance with a high coating efficiency (up to 93.5%). Compatible with non-bleed spray guns.
The SG-2001 adopts a high-power blower that achieves excellent atomization performance while being compact and lightweight (5.2kg). It excels in atomization performance compared to the SG-91 type, allowing for a high-quality finish with a good texture in painting. The standard specification includes a bleed-type spray gun (PN-2A) similar to the SG-91, but it is also possible to change to a non-bleed type spray gun (PN-1A) as an option, increasing the choices for spray guns.

basic information
The ABAC warm air low-pressure painting machine is a revolutionary painting system that is friendly to both people and nature, achieving a high coating efficiency of about 90% by using air generated from its unique blower instead of compressed air from a compressor developed in Germany. By utilizing ultra-low pressure air at about 1/10th of a regular spray gun and using more than 20 times the volume of air, it dramatically enhances coating efficiency, achieving industry-leading coating efficiency (up to 93.5%) with a two-fluid mixing (air and paint) spray system. **Benefits of the ABAC warm air low-pressure painting machine:** 1. Significantly reduces the amount of masking due to excellent coating efficiency. 2. Painting with ultra-low pressure air allows for uniform spraying even on uneven surfaces. 3. The air generated from the dedicated blower is dry warm air, which shortens drying time. 4. The uniquely structured spray gun ensures sufficient discharge volume and promotes atomization with torque-rich air. 5. Usable with a wide range of water-based and solvent-based paints. **Product Lineup:** The SG series is designed for 100V power supply, offering a wide range from compact lightweight types to high-power types. For industrial equipment, there are Conquest models powered by 200V and automatic spray guns. There are also dedicated packages for various industries.

Company information
Since 1979, our company has been involved in the import and domestic sales of German-made hot air low-pressure painting machines, delivering tens of thousands of units under the brand name "Chiron Hot Air Low-Pressure Painting Machines" to the Asian region, including Japan. The "Hot Air Low-Pressure Painting (HVLP Painting)" that we sell is a high-adhesion spray that achieves a coating efficiency of approximately 90%, making it an environmentally friendly painting equipment that contributes to the improvement of painting environments, reduction of VOC emissions, and decrease of painting sludge, and we continue to propose it to various painting fields. Additionally, we are a specialized company in hot air low-pressure painting machines, possessing equipment that caters to various fields such as construction, vehicles, woodworking, metal, industrial applications, and coatings. We particularly support automatic spray lines in the industrial sector and have supplied our machines to manufacturing plants for building materials, automotive parts (resin and metal), glass, and more. Of course, all products undergo inspection after importation and are provided with specifications suitable for the Asian market, including Japan, and we also offer services such as repairs and parts supply as part of our offerings. In the fiscal year 2005, with the change of our product logo, we renamed ourselves from Chiron Japan Co., Ltd. to M.O. Spraying Co., Ltd., and we believe this will further contribute to the "improvement of painting environments" in the future.
