Authenticate multiple characters registered using an image sensor and select OK and NG items! Prevent the mixing of similar but different products.
We would like to introduce the image inspection device developed by our business group, FA Systems Co., Ltd. This device captures and inspects workpieces moving on a conveyor, automatically ejecting those that are deemed defective. It uses image sensors to authenticate multiple registered characters, sorting them into acceptable and defective products, thereby preventing the mixing of similar but different items. To address the unstable posture of the workpieces, the conveyor is automatically tilted based on registered information, eliminating character blur during imaging. 【Product Overview】 ■ Control ・ PLC (Keyence KV-N32T) ・ Computer (Custom 3D displacement measurement software developed by our company) ■ Sensor: Keyence Image Sensor CV-X ■ Equipment Used: IAI Electric Cylinder, Okura Transport Conveyor ■ Recording Method: CSV File *For more details, please feel free to contact us.
