Case Study at the Developer In terms of construction, we had outsourced to 10 external contractors. Excluding site inspections during the intermediate and finishing stages, we monitored site progress based on weekly completion reports from the contractors. However, after one year of starting the project, it became apparent that some contractors were falling behind the planned schedule. Therefore, we conducted a review of our operations using the following steps and implemented it into the cloud system. [Development of a Checklist] We identified the necessary processes to complete the construction and extracted essential reporting items for each process. We also reflected potential deficiencies and issues that could arise at each stage into the system. [Conducting Trials] We conducted trials free of charge. The results obtained from the trials were further reflected in the system. Contractors responsible for critical sites provided feedback that the current checklist items were insufficient, resulting in an improvement in the quality of the checklist items. As a result, everyone was able to have a concrete understanding of the utilization flow and image, leading to actual implementation.
