Visual Record: Bringing DX to Firefighting and Disaster Prevention Sites! Halving Overtime and Acquiring New Projects
A cloud service for business optimization that connects inspections to construction, even with a labor shortage.
■Equipment inspections and construction records created with a smartphone! Overtime reduced by half! 【Before DX】 Equipment inspectors would visit 3 to 5 sites a day, taking inspection records and photos. However, with many inspection points in office buildings and apartments, after finishing fieldwork, they would return to the office to create reports, often finding the same equipment photos lined up, which took a lot of time to organize. Additionally, when office staff handled report creation, they would confirm inspection points with the inspectors while preparing the reports. 【After DX】 Inspectors can easily specify equipment locations on drawings using an app. Since inspection and construction points can be easily organized, the time spent on photo organization and report creation after returning to the office has been significantly reduced. Moreover, it is now possible to report in a clear manner in real-time about which equipment at which site is being referenced on the drawings. Office managers can now confirm and issue instructions remotely without having to visit the site. Furthermore, by creating records for each site folder during regular inspections, new installations, or replacement work, it has become easier to review previous inspection and construction details later on.

Applications/Examples of results
【Examples of Utilization by Fire Equipment Inspection Contractors】 - Centralized management of multiple building sites! For contractors engaged in equipment inspection management for buildings and facilities, multiple inspection-target buildings are managed collectively through visual records. Although the timing and content of inspections differ for each building, the system is integrated with building management to ensure that subcontracted inspection contractors can easily confirm the relevant check items without confusion at their assigned sites. Inspection results are reported to the primary contractor, and if any equipment issues are found during the inspection, repair contractors are arranged, and the repair work records are registered in the visual records, allowing for centralized management of all information related to maintenance and management.
