We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of "Minafit," which we handle, at Toba View Hotel Hanashinji. Before the implementation, there were no suitable cardboard boxes for the product, resulting in the use of larger boxes. This posed a risk of the products moving inside and damaging the packaging unless cushioning material was added. After the implementation, the boxes were the perfect size, eliminating the need for cushioning material and reducing material costs. Issues such as the cosmetic boxes of the products being crushed were also resolved.
