[Seminar] Initiatives for Wooden and Timber Construction at Taisei Corporation

Possibility of achieving zero carbon buildings

Our company will hold a business seminar. Taisei Corporation has established the group’s long-term environmental goal "TAISEI Green Target 2050" to realize a sustainable, environmentally conscious society, aiming for the realization of three societies (decarbonized society, circular society, and nature coexisting society) and the resolution of two specific issues (forest resources and forest environment, water resources and water environment). We believe that the use of wood and wood-based materials in buildings contributes to reducing CO2 in the atmosphere and creating forests that function as green infrastructure, while also leading to the resolution of various issues through the provision of well-being spaces.
