When borrowing or returning, the tools are read and registered with a reader, allowing any forgotten tools to be displayed in a list, which helps prevent accidents caused by leaving tools behind (such as foreign object contamination). If tools cannot be found, they can be located using the search function. Additionally, the reservation management feature prevents double bookings.
