Solve the worries of waiting in line! You can fully automate the guidance position.
"Cherpa" is a waiting list reservation system that fulfills the "wish list" of everyone who uses the system. Online reservations are available as a standard feature for a monthly fee. There are two types: "shortest reservation" and "date-specific reservation." Additionally, there is no need to input cumbersome reservation numbers, which helps prevent congestion in front of the terminals. Even during internet outages, in-store reception and check-ins for existing reservations are possible, and the store's system will not stop even if there is a cloud server failure. [Features] ■ Online reservation function available ■ Easy check-in with a QR code ■ A robust and stable system made possible by server installation ■ More convenience with LINE integration ■ Further reduction of guidance tasks linked with the touch panel ordering system *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
