We would like to introduce a case where we created a "special cart for mounting jigs" that allows for rotation and height adjustment for a food factory. Before implementation, the jigs weighed about 15 kg and were located at a height of approximately 1 meter, requiring manual replacement each time, which placed a significant burden on the workers. By using the implemented product, the burden during replacement was eliminated, and tools and parts could now be moved simultaneously to the replacement location.
