[Case Study of Stainless Steel Alcohol Container Production] Food Factory

Contributing to on-site environmental improvement! A case where the burden on workers has decreased and work efficiency has improved.

We would like to introduce a case where we manufactured an "alcohol container" used for adding ingredients to a food factory. Before implementation, workers were dipping both hands into alcohol using a stainless steel basin, which required bending over and dipping dozens of times each time, placing a significant burden on them. After implementation, by placing the alcohol container close to the area where ingredients are added, the need to bend over for dipping was eliminated. Additionally, the burden on workers was reduced, work efficiency improved, and it contributed to the enhancement of the workplace environment.
