Enhance the functionality of the switch! Produced using a unique special manufacturing method, solving the issue of adhesive strength.
We would like to introduce the "composite contacts" handled by Eto Co., Ltd. These two-layer contacts are commonly used in automotive relays, switches, thermostats, and small circuit breakers. They utilize precious metals only in the contact areas, while using copper-based materials for the rest, achieving cost reduction. Hollow contacts have a hollow interior, which cuts material costs for the hollow portion, ensuring that they do not break even when pressure is applied to plastics or thin plates. 【Key Points】 ■ Reduction in the amount of silver used ■ Provision of custom-made products to meet various needs ■ Consistent production from materials allows for short delivery times ■ Use of cadmium-free materials and minimization of environmental impact in the manufacturing process *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
