【New Model Launch】Capable of responding to significant changes in steam usage (drainage amount)! Reduces energy consumption and significantly decreases steam and carbon dioxide emissions!
Z Engineering Co., Ltd. aims to "contribute to the preservation of the global environment" and "realize a society where people around the world can live happily and abundantly." The steam condensate discharge system 'STEAM·Z' quickly and automatically discharges condensate and non-condensable gases (such as air) generated in steam supply pipes and heat exchangers. With no moving parts, it is less prone to failure and does not require replacement. A new model has been developed that can accommodate significant changes in steam usage (condensate volume). It has been implemented in many facilities, including thermal supply plants, building management, food factories, and tire factories. [Features] ■ Leaks only a minimal amount of steam ■ No moving parts, virtually no failures, so replacement is unnecessary ■ The condensate passing through the orifice can block the orifice hole itself, eliminating the need for an actuating valve *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Z Engineering Co., Ltd. is a company that handles the orifice-type drain discharge system "STEAM·Z." We have overcome the weakness that was considered a drawback regarding the fluctuation of drain volume. When the maximum discharge drain volume is set at 100%, even if the drain volume decreases to 25% (1/4), there is no steam leakage. Even if it decreases to 12.5% (1/8), there is almost no steam leakage. Based on the manufacturing and sales of "STEAM·Z," we aim to contribute to the realization of a decarbonized society. In terms of quality improvement, we will work towards obtaining ISO 9001 certification. *We have been selected for subsidy grants from NEDO (New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization). *We received the Edogawa Ward Industrial Award for the fiscal year 2016.
