Customer Feedback Previously, all the toilets in the cemetery were of the pit latrine type. However, due to the trends of the times, we could not continue with this system indefinitely, so we decided to install new toilets using a purification treatment tank method. Given the nature of the cemetery, we chose the Sofeel system for two reasons: it can accommodate significant fluctuations in user numbers and it is environmentally friendly. I had heard that such systems often lead to rapid deterioration of water quality despite their claims, so I honestly had some concerns. However, after actually operating the system, I found that the treated water was cleaner than expected, and the management costs were not significant. Since its installation in 1997, there have been no issues, and I am satisfied.
