We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of the BI dashboard "MotionBoard" at Honda R&D Co., Ltd. Suzuka Plant. The company began visualizing data with this product in 2019, coinciding with the launch of a new production line. By being able to take immediate action based on changes in quality data, they aimed to accelerate the PDCA cycle. The dashboard has been utilized in various scenarios, including production performance planning, workflow charts, work flow status, traceability, and visualizing changes over time. This led to significant achievements, such as the reduction of 800 reports and 800 hours of labor per month, as well as the attainment of various target metrics.
