It's very convenient because residents can charge at home even in a collective housing situation, and their satisfaction is outstanding!
We provide a reliable "charging service" that satisfies our residents. We enter into a free land use agreement (basic and individual contracts) with the parking lot owners of properties where charging facilities will be installed. Once we receive a charging facility usage application from residents who own EVs, we will install the charging facilities free of charge. There are no burdens for property owners or management associations, and there is no need for preservation, maintenance, or management; if you leave everything to us, Charge Club will provide one-stop support. We have also been recognized by major housing manufacturers and have been able to implement this service since the construction of new buildings. [Features] ■ Cost-effective EV-specific rates ■ Convenient charging at home ■ Zero initial costs, easy installation handled for you *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
