This is a new model of a dial height gauge, an analog measuring instrument, equipped with an encoder.
By synchronizing the drive shaft of the counter and the drive shaft of the encoder within the internal box, it has become possible to output displacement values as pulse signals while utilizing it in the same way as the previous height counters.

Applications/Examples of results
To customers considering renovation or retrofitting: We can achieve a balance between the durability of analog measuring instruments and the peace of mind of not being connected to electronic devices, along with the convenience of connecting to electronic devices via pulse signals. *Signals from micro switches are also output simultaneously. Regarding special products: It is possible to install encoders from specified manufacturers and model numbers. Please feel free to contact us. *There may be cases where it is difficult depending on the size and other factors.
Detailed information
-
Inside the encoder box, a miter gear is installed to synchronize the drive shaft of the dial height counter with the encoder drive shaft, allowing for accurate displacement measurement.
Company information
Modern industries require environmental durability. We support modern industries with precision measurement and instrumentation. Wako Seiki Co., Ltd. manufactures measuring instruments for various industrial fields that require durability and robustness, such as seismic resistance, shock resistance, dustproofing, and oil resistance. Mechanical counters are used in various applications, including die height counters used as positioning devices for forging machines, servo motors, brake motors, feeding devices, reduction amount gauges, control motors, feeding length counters, grip coefficient counters, and plate thickness display counters. Furthermore, we have started selling a hybrid absolute encoder that combines mechanical measurement mechanisms with digital signal output mechanisms for precise displacement position measurement. Digital scales, which can be utilized for slide position measurement like linear scales, and three-dimensional positioning measurement linked with XYZ axes can be applied in various ways. As a specialized company in precision measuring instruments, we contribute to the industrial development of Japan and the world.
