We would like to introduce the case of opening paid bicycle parking lots at Tokyo Station and Otemachi Station to address the issue of abandoned bicycles around the station. As Chiyoda Ward, it is necessary to establish no-parking zones and strengthen enforcement to remove the increasing number of abandoned bicycles around the station. To achieve this, it was urgent to develop a sufficient number of parking spaces. With the nimble movements of Bisikuret, we responded quickly to short-term requests.
